WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

9 Lives Left started with our grandma, Evelyn.

She spent most of her life taking care of everyone else, raising a family, and always being the person people could count on. Like many women of her generation, she was taught to be kind, responsible, and never think for herself too much.

But after she retired, we saw a different side of her. Evelyn started doing things just because they made her happy. She stopped worrying about what people thought, laughed more, and tried new things. She reminded us that getting older doesn’t mean slowing down; sometimes it means finally living life your own way.

So we created 9 Lives Left to celebrate our grandma and women like her. We started making shirts for Evelyn and her friends, shirts with a little attitude, a little humor, and a reminder that it’s never too late to be yourself.

Because everyone deserves to live like they’ve got nine lives left.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

At 9 Lives Left, we believe age is not the end; it’s the permission slip to finally stop caring.

After decades of rules, expectations, and pretending to be polite, our black cat has one thing left to say: “I’ve suffered enough. I’ll do whatever I want.”

Made for the rebels, the sarcastic souls, and the wonderful legends who have earned the right to be themselves. No need to pretend anymore.

Because life is meant to be lived like a black cat — fearless, rebellious, happy, and doing things your own way. Live like you’ve got nine lives left. Take chances, break the rules, and spend every one of them on what makes you happy.

Just a little attitude, a lot of personality, and nine lives left to enjoy.
